There's so many fantastic places on this planet that people wish to go too. A lot of the youth around my age always say, I'm gonna do that, "when I'm older". Or, I'm gonna go there, "When I'm Older". Why go when your older? Because your too lazy and stuck up in life to do it now? Don't be that person, do the things you want to do now. You may not ever get a chance to do those fantastic things when your older. Setting goals to do those things is very healthy. It's really good to have a goal in life, even just the little ones. Because the little ones, (And big ones) keep you going in life. Goals motivate you to be a better person. So be that person...
Have you ever been Free Diving? I love it, absolutely love it. I think every one has that strange connection to the ocean in some part of their hearts. With me, it's diving. Sure, it's a risk, and everyone gets that little fear of some big predator lurking around them, but hey, it's life.
Have you ever thought about life, just in particular?
What is it to you personally? I've thought a lot about this, and I'm sure other people have too, but if you think deeply into this subject, I'm sure you'll find a lot of great things waiting for you. To me, life is a gift. It's a blessing. God gave you a life, and you have the possibility to change the world. You can change someones life just by smiling at them. You can save someones life just by telling them about that awesome dude chillin' up in the sky. Every single person on this planet has the possibility to do great things. It's up to you to pursue your dreams, and fulfill your life. Not everybody pursues their dreams. If you think about it, all those great men and women in history all had a dream right? They PURSUED it. Life is a fantastic journey that lies ahead of you. There will be obstacles, and walls that you have to tackle down. Why? Why does God let difficult things stand in your way? Why is life so hard sometimes? There might be challenges in life that break you down, but you'll get built back up. And when you do, you're a stronger person. And you will be prepared for the next difficulties in life. Today I went like for a three mile bike ride, it was crazy! All I have to say is that I did not know that it was gonna be so long. In the middle of the bike ride I was about to turn back, but I knew that the rode I was on eventually went to one of the main roads, finally I made it, and took a back road home. A lot of it was uphill, so, I was wiped man!
For New Years we went to our Ohana's coffee farm up in the mountain. It was awesome, we had illegal fireworks, which were huge, and right above us, and we partied for like 3 days straight. We spent the night there and it was awesome. We all had a blast. I hope we get to go up there soon, because that was awesome!!!!!!!!!
About a week ago we went to Kukio beach. My dad and I, and my uncle Chucky went spearfishing. It was probably the most craziest experience in the ocean that I've ever had. So I went out with my Uncle first, and my dad was going to catch up in like 5 minutes. The Ocean was super rough, and I mean, like scary. The water was rising and falling so high, you couldn't even see the beach for more than 2 seconds. When my uncle and I were out spearfishing, my dad didn't show up for like ten minutes. We thought that he was still at the beach, so my Uncle and I went back. We didn't see him, so I stayed there and went up on the rocks and looked out into the stormy ocean. My Uncle went out and climbed on the rocks out in the reef and finally spotted him. After that we never wanted to go back into the reef to spearfish again. At least we got a few Kole, which were pretty good.
Today we went to a little town called Maka Pala. Our good friend Jonathan has some beautiful land up a little ways from the town. Our families hiked for a bit and explored around. We finally came to this pretty cool creek that was running a little ways away from his property. It felt so good to get into a refreshing creek. We all had a really good time together. After the Maka Pala visit we went to a store to get some Ice Cream things. I had no idea what they were, but they were pretty good.
